Abstract

The computational fluid dynamics model analysis of the blood flow in the right coronary artery on the beating heart was presented. The wall shear stress (WSS) distribution pattern at early systole in the cardiac cycle was elaborated. The analysis showed that when the curvature and torsion changed in the different models, the flow in the coronary artery produced different streamline patterns.
