Abstract

The Cole-Cole impedance analysis was performed on spin sprayed Ni-Zn-Co ferrite films exhibiting strong magnetic loss in GHz range. Ferrite films of about 500 nm thick were plated onto glass substrates at 90 °C by spin spray method for 30 minutes. The conduction in the film was expressed by an equivalent parallel circuit composed of a resistance and a capacitance.
