Abstract

Orthorhombic hen egg-white (HEW) lysozyme crystals were examined by means of synchrotron X-ray topography by the white beam technique. Four kinds of straight dislocations were clearly observed. From the extinction criterion of the dislocation images, Burgers vectors were identified to be [001], [1̄10] and [01̄1].
