Abstract

To separate N//2 and O//2 from air by PSA method, performance of N//2 and O//2 adsorption on eight kinds of zeolites having different pore structures was studied. Adsorption was largely dependent on the pore structure dimension of the zeolite. Based on the adsorption performance of these zeolites, MS-5A and MS-4A were selected for air separation, and high purity N//2 and O//2 were actually obtained.
