Abstract

Bottlebrush polymers (BPs) are highly tunable with regard to their glass transition temperature, refractive index, and shape. Herein, well-defined BPs were implemented as soft fillers to toughen multiphase plastics without loss of transparency and thermal stability, providing superior fracture toughness than a conventional linear polymer (LP).
