Band reflection and surface reconstruction in Sr2RuO4

Abstract

We report angle-resolved photoemission results on Sr2RuO4 single crystals. In addition to three Fermi surfaces which are consistent with band theory and de Haas-van Alphen result, we found the fourth band which is caused by a band folding along the (π,π) direction. This band folding is likely to be caused by a surface reconstruction.
