Application of the Single-Crystal 3% Silicon-Iron Sheet to Bridge-Connected Magnetic Circuit

Abstract

This paper describes application of the single-crystal 3% silicon-iron sheet with rectangular B-H loop and very high induction to bridge-connected magnetic circuit. The maximum flux value of the silicon-iron sheet in the magnetic circuit is controlled by dc current. Utilizing this feature, we present a parametric transformer with variable output voltage.
