Anomalous power and spectrum dependence of THz-radiation from femtosecond-laser irradiated InAs under high magnetic field of 14 T

Abstract

The anomalous magnetic field dependence including saturation, decrease, and recovery up to 14 T of THz-radiation from a femtosecond-laser-irradiated InAs was discussed. The radiation spectrum showed periodic structure over 6 T which was attributed to the differently-phased radiation from holes with different mass. THe THz-radiation spectrum was obtained by a polarizing Michelson interferometer.
