Abstract
The terahertz radiation was reported from femtosecond laser irradiated arsenide in high magnetic fields up to 14 T. The radiation power exhibited anomalous magnetic field dependence including saturation, decrease and recovery up to 14 T. A magnetic field was applied parallel to the sample of surface and perpendicular to the incidence plane of the excitation laser by compact mounting mechanism.
