Abstract
Two analysis methods in EPMA were tried for Ir-Nb-Zr alloys. For method I, the Ir-Nb-Zr alloy was analyzed qualitatively. On the other hand, method 2 was tried for only the Ir-Nb-Zr ternary alloy. Results lead to the conclusion that both analysis methods are useful to analyze Ir-Nb-Zr alloys.
