LaNixCo1-xO3-δ (x = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) was prepared by Pechini method and electrochemical properties as cathode were evaluated under controlled temperature and p(O2) by AC impedance measurement. Electrode performance was increased with increasing nickel contents concerning area specific interfacial conductivity and capacitance. σE of LaNi0.6Co0.4O3-δ (LNC64) was higher than that of LaNi0.6Fe0.4O 3-δ (LNF64). For the result of area specific interfacial capacitance, it was suggested that the variation of oxygen vacancies with p(O2) of LaNixCo1-xO3-δ series was smaller than that of La0.6Sr0.4Co 0.2Fe0.8O3-δ (LSCF6428).
