Abstract
The deposition of epitaxial lead titanate thin films, on strontium ruthenium oxide bottom electrode was investigated. The reaction temperature was 150°C which was lower than that of conventional deposition process. The domain direction was controlled by an applied electric field, making use of a metal coated atomic force microscopy cantilever probe. The domain pattern observed by scanning non-linear dielectric microscopy verified that the film did not contain an a-domain.
