Abstract
Band filling dependence on magnetic and electronic phases for Perovskite manganite were investigated using a composition-spread approach. High performance of the scanning superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) microscope was represented to determine the magnetic phases in combinatorial thin film libraries. The details to identify the phase diagram of the composition-spread film were reported.
