Abstract
We report a case of Wegener's granulomatosis with CNS involvement. Postcontrast T 1-weighted MR images showed symmetric dural thickening and enhancement. T 2-weighted images showed areas of increased signal in the white matter. Following immunosuppressive therapy, abnormal dural thickening and enhancement regressed resulting in clinical improvement.
