Abstract

We report a case of mixed epithelial and stromal tumor of the kidney (MEST) which occurred in a 28 year-old heathy woman. CT/MRI shows a well-circumscribed tumor of the kidney that herniated into the renal pelvis. The tumor is composed of cystic and solid components. The laparoscopic nephlectomy was performed and yielded a diagnosis of MEST. The pathological findings were faithfully reflected the radiological findings.
