Abstract

We report a case of choroidal malignant lymphoma diagnosed by transscleral chorioretinal biopsy. Atypical small lymphocytes were mainly infiltrated in the outer nuclear layer and partly in the retinal ganglion cell layer. Immunohistochemical study revealed T cell lymphoma. The lesion was diminished after 30 Gy radiation therapy. Transscleral biopsy is useful for early diagnosis of choroidal malignant lymphoma, and in prognosis.
