Abstract
For the commercialization of the IEEE standardized super broadband WPAN and WLAN systems over Gb/s such as IEEE 802.15.3c and IEEE 802.11ad, a 60 GHz band CMOS based transceiver has been developed. This paper summarizes the configuration and the fundamental performance evaluation results.
