Abstract

We demonstrate a 235-channel WDM 18-Gbaud 64QAM coherent transmission of 160 km over the full C-band with a new homodyne detection technique using injection locking. 42.3-Tbit/s data were successfully transmitted with a 9-bit/s/Hz spectral efficiency.
