N2 - We have studied several topics related to the 2fpradiation generated in the terrestrial electron foreshock. Our investigation started from the macroscopic geometry of the radio source, and is expanding to the microscopic processes. In this paper, we present a summary of latter studies, especially about the generation mechanism of electrostatic and electromagnetic 2fpwaves and the electron acceleration at the quasi-perpendicular shock.
